Returns

We have a 30-day money back guarantee return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.

  • Exchanges are applicable to eligible items that are in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • You may request an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  • In the comment section of the form, please provide your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

 

Shipping the Item:

  • You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

 

Exchanging the Item:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange.
  • If the requested replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you promptly.
  • If the item is no longer available, we will offer you an alternative or issue a store credit for the value of the returned item.

 

Exceptions:

  • Some items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Shipping fees associated with the original purchase are non-refundable.
